Description
The bidirectional knife gate valves of the L series are made of a two‐piece cast body, joined by screws, with internal guides for smooth movement of gate during operation.
The bidirectional knife gate valves of the L series provide high flow rates with low pressure drop. Various seat and packing materials are available.
The bidirectional knife gate valve of the L series is suitable for liquids that contain a maximum of 20% suspended solids. It is also recommended in gravity discharge applications for solids and fine particles, because of its half‐moon shape which cuts the flow and high consistency fluids.
