Description
The bidirectional wafer‐design knife gate valves of the GL series have a “monoblock” one‐piece cast iron body. They have a stainless steel gate and two rubber sleeves.
The bidirectional wafer‐design knife gate valves of the GL series provide high flow rates with low pressure drop. Various seat materials are available.
The bidirectional wafer‐design knife gate valve of the GL series is suitable for working in the mining industry, in loaded fluid transport lines, such as: water with stones, sludge, etc. and in general it is used for abrasive fluids in the chemical industry and waste water.

DN50 to DN1400 (larger sizes available on request).
Working pressures:
DN50 to DN600: 10 kg/cm²

NOTE: The pressures indicated above can be used in either of the valve’s two directions. Other pressures can be provided on request.
